I didn’t come into this work from one path.
I came into it from many.
As a parent, an educator, a school administrator, and a therapist one thing has became clear:
The moments that matter most in our lives, the ones that shape our relationships, our sense of self, and the way we show up, are rarely the ones we feel prepared for.
For over 30 years, I’ve worked with children, teens, and families.
I’ve sat in classrooms, in offices, and across from parents trying to understand what’s happening with their child and within themselves.
I’ve seen what happens when behavior is misunderstood.
When emotions escalate faster than we can keep up with them.
When connection starts to break down, even in the relationships that matter most.
And I’ve also seen something else.
That when we begin to understand what’s underneath those moments, when we slow things down just enough to see what’s really happening,
everything starts to shift.
Not all at once, but in ways that are real and lasting.
I don’t believe this work is about getting it right.
I believe it’s about learning how to come back.
To yourself.
To your awareness.
To the people you love.
Again and again.
Because behavior is communication.
Disconnection is information.
And repair matters more than perfection ever will.
The pause between reaction and response, that’s where your power lives.
Today, I offer both psychotherapy and coaching, each within its own clearly defined space.
Therapy provides clinical support for those navigating anxiety, emotional overwhelm, and deeper patterns that need time and care to work through.
Coaching is where we focus on growth, emotional intelligence, and shifting how you show up in your relationships and your life.
Different paths.
Same foundation.
Helping you understand what’s happening beneath the surface so you can respond differently within it.
This work isn’t about becoming someone new.
It’s about returning to who you are with more awareness, more steadiness, and more intention.
Connection over control. Presence over perfection.
This is the work.
