My Work
I am a licensed clinical social worker dedicated to helping individuals and families cultivate deeper, more meaningful relationships.
With a background in family systems, education, and emotional intelligence, my work centers on guiding parents and children toward connection built on respect, empathy, and understanding.
As a daughter, mother, and grandmother, I understand both the beauty and the struggle that live inside the parent–child relationship. Over time, I’ve learned that healing doesn’t come from getting everything right, it comes from repair, reflection, and returning to one another when things fall apart.
My approach is grounded in the 5R’s Framework: Reflect, Regulate, Reconnect, Repair, and Reclaim.
This process supports parents and families in slowing down their reactions, learning to understand their emotions, and rebuilding trust through conscious, compassionate communication.
At the heart of my work is a simple truth:
We cannot pour from depletion or lead from disconnection. When we reclaim our sense of self, we raise from a place of grounded love rather than fear and that changes everything.
Our Work
Whether you’re navigating the turbulence of the teenage years or seeking to repair long-standing patterns in your family relationships, our work together is about creating lasting change through awareness, connection, and growth.
We begin by slowing down the cycles of reactivity that keep you stuck and learning to approach each moment with reflection and intention. Through this process, you’ll develop the emotional awareness and practical tools to bridge gaps, repair ruptures, and build the kind of relationships that feel grounded and authentic.
Together, we’ll explore new ways of communicating, regulating, and reconnecting—so your home becomes a place of safety, respect, and understanding.
You’ll learn to see conflict not as failure, but as an invitation to grow closer.
Let’s work together to transform your relationships into spaces marked by compassion, mutual respect, and deeper emotional connection.
I’m honored to walk beside you as you find your rhythm of return.
Warmly,
Heather
